OVERVIEW
Monitoring the exterior of your property and any good, equipment, vehicles, boathouses, docks, etc. located on the property.
The patrolman will observe and report any weather related incidents, suspicious persons, activity or incidents in the area. The patrolman will notify both local law enforcement, resident or business of the incident.

and West Rabun Property Owners.
Actively involved with the Rabun County Neighborhood Watch program
in the Lakemont and Lake Rabun area.
• Certified armed security patrolmen.
• Trained to law enforcement standards.
• Trained in CPR and First Aid.
• Employ off-duty and retired law enforcement officers, carefully selected. All pass extensive criminal
background checks and random drug testing.
• During special event functions, we will utilize additional public safety professionals; firefighters,
EMS and rescue groups.
• All vehicles equipped with chain saws, jumper cables, unlock kit and fix-a-flat.
• We are "security" not law enforcement but keep a good line of communication with all law
enforcement agencies in the county as well as the DNR (Department of Natural Resources).
• We do not make arrests, we contact the proper authorities immediately upon discovery of any
suspicious or criminal activity.
